Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are encouraged too. If a new item is broken (it happens), I will be happy to fix it at no cost. Contact me and I’ll tell you how to mail the item back to me. I will credit you the cost of mailing it back, then fix it, and mail it back to you ASAP. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are not accepted for customized items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Item must be returned first, and in its original condition. If you would like an exchange, send us an email and shipping info will be given.
If you’ve received a Moon & Leaf item as a gift and it isn’t quite your style, please contact me and I will be happy to work on an exchange for you. I cannot issue a refund to you unfortunately, only to the original buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (with the exception of a broken product.) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
